I am a registered nurse with over 18 years of experience providing case management services to a diverse population of clients. I am a nationally Certified Case Manager (CCM) and a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP).

Neuropsychologist
My current focus and passion is the assessment of cognition and functional capacity in older adults. My expertise is in the diagnosis of various types of cognitive impairment and the crafting of functional recommendations in an effort to maintain individuals' independence, functioning and safety.
Kristen Sigward, M.S, CCC-SLP
Healthy Brains Trainer
I started the Healthy Brains Program in 2015 and now focus on working with individuals looking to build their brain's resistance to decline through cognitive training. I help individuals learn to use a computer-based program and determine which exercises are most appropriate for them.
